The PGT is a tie designed for attaching wood fence rails to metal fence posts. This pipe grip tie can be used in new construction or to replace damaged wooden posts. Ideal for a variety of conditions, the PGT helps to eliminate the rot and failures to which wood fence posts are most prone, thus extending the life of a fence.

• Install on 1-1/2 in (1-7/8 in outside diameter) vertical pipes, offsetting corners to allow for the correct rail alignment
• Use 3 to 4 PGTs per pipe; line up to stringline
• Field-bend PGT flanges to fit corner and angled conditions (bend one time only)
• ZMAX® galvanization offers extra corrosion resistance for exterior and treated-wood applications
• A solid connection with quick and easy installation
• Ideal for replacing damaged wood posts or for new fence construction
• Install on vertical pipes, offsetting corners to allow for the correct rail alignment
• Use three to four PGTs per pipe; line up to stringline
• Tighten PGT with one 1/4 in hex head bolt (supplied)
• Attach PGT to rails using four 1/4 x 1-1/2 in Strong-Drive® SDS heavy-duty connector screws (not supplied), 1/4 in lag screws may be substituted
