An easy-to-use water-base acrylic designed to seal and lock in joint sand in one step. Provides long-lasting protection against stains, oil and grease. Beautifies and protects from color fading. This unique formula makes the surface easier to clean and maintain. Surface can be recoated with a maintenance coat as needed. It is LEED eligible.
